I never listened to his station after we ended things because I didn’t want to hear my favorite song and think he was playing it just for me.

    i thought of you endlessly
    as you were quite heavenly
i saw a place in your arms
and even through all of the dark
    a home in your heart

    i’m home

We were two air signs that drifted and drifted until we were so far out of view that the sky changed its mood to a murky blue.

I believe people have it all wrong. You can become for someone else without them changing for you. Relationships are give and take and it’s alright to give without taking and appreciating your growing.

    the softener
    fabric, sheets and air
    the wild, his way
    whisper in my ear
you drive me crazy, he said

What Inspired you to write poetry ? btw love it 😍

Thank you! I really enjoy wordplay within poetry and I feel like it’s the only way I can reveal my thoughts while allowing others to understand via their own perspective.

    7:01
    my heart skipped a beat
    your presence caressed
    feels like sudden revenge
a twenty something stuck in reverse
with a soul of an elder
and fears that slept forever near

    the master of illusion
    that crept upon a poet
one who thought he always knew it
but slow goes and who knows
we were with and stuck in sudden snow
just lost in a world of frost
    and fried in heavy highs

    this world of emptiness
floating in a world of hazy
    you always knew my crazy
the anxiety, the way i moved with class

    we were until we weren’t
you were all that you were
a boy who loved his own ego and stature
the one who never knew how to treat him

    early morning
