watch it fade, slip with anger
right through fingers
fighting demons
as seasons morph to rainy
finding hilarity without reason
long in hazy
here’s a daisy
heavy thoughts
like rabies lately, gone crazy
thinking of you
till i’m eighty
increase my pace
as i long for your face
kiss of your lips
as i taste your hips
in and out
can’t do without
should’ve held to doubt
took a different route
left jaded, degraded
just wish you faded
that the shade no longer weighted
and the state no longer waited
